The Vulcano creates a narrowing, allowing a lot of oxygen to enter from the bottom and little oxygen to escape from the top. This wok pan is suitable for the LARGE Kamado or larger and has a diameter of 40 cm and is 1.6 mm thick with a weight of 2.1 kg.
